1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Damaged or used products are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@attrix.in with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
